Ben oversees the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. From managing health and safety requirements and inducting subcontractors to ordering materials and liaising with clients, Ben ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. His ability to balance on-site operations with commercial considerations makes him a key figure in delivering successful projects.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben has held nearly every role imaginable, from buyer to estimator, Assistant QS, Site Manager, and Project Manager. His passion for construction began in the world of windows and doors, where he made uPVC windows in a factory. His expertise in civils, combined with his unwavering commitment to high standards, makes him an invaluable member of the team.

In his downtime, Ben enjoys a mix of sports and relaxation. He’s often found at the snooker table, on the golf course, and is also quite the culinary wizard!
