Eastlands is a council owned commercial complex of circa 2000m2 floor area, consisting of a Victorian era Grade 2 listed property, a more modern late-90s property and multi-storey carpark. Our works included extensive refurbishment across the complex to maintain legislative compliance, sustainability and marketability.
Works included extensive sensitive refurbishment of the listed property including complete strip-out & reinstatement of internal finishes/joinery, new mechanical & electrical installations including monitored category L1 fire alarm, LED lighting, external repair/replacement and minor buildersworks.
In the more modern Eastlands I property and carpark, the L1 fire alarm works continued alongside LED lighting upgrades, replacement floor & ceiling finishes, redecoration, fire stopping and flat roof replacement.
