Appledown Projects delivered the refurbishment of Mansel Park Pavilion youth centre for the charity Youth Options, funded via the government Youth Investment Fund.

Extensive works were completed to the existing property including internal structural works, complete re-formatting of internal layout, new Mechanical & Electrical installations, Windows/Doors and finishes throughout. 

The programme was concise and efficient, made possible by our well-developed internal processes, Procore, our skilled and experienced project team and supply chain.
