Overall scope of works at The Old Brewery included sensitive decommissioning, asbestos removal & soft-strip of the property before extensive structural & buildersworks, and full Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing retrofit. A revised layout of new partitioning was completed alongside upgrading the building fabric both acoustically and thermally. New stairwells, Showers, DDA compliant WC arrangements and internal finishes were formed and installed alongside sympathetic renovation of existing period features.
