Appledown Projects were employed to deliver the newbuild construction of a Pool House Pavilion on the grounds of the country estate. The leisure building was designed to a high specification with a striking design to provide a central hub combining dining, relaxation and leisure activities with design details mirroring the main house and rural surroundings.

The construction posed a logistical challenge with the proposed location being in the centre of ornate, highly maintained gardens, beautifully made lawns and extensive un-mapped below ground services and irrigation pipework.
