As the principal contractor, we’ve overseen extensive renovations of the Pavilion, in partnership with
Q Two Consulting and
Studio Four Architects Ltd. From initial soft strip work and underfloor heating installation to a full fit-out with upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Externally, new windows and doors have been installed, adding to the Pavilion’s revitalised look and long-term sustainability.
