Test Valley

The project involved the construction of two extensions and a complete internal and external renovation of the existing property. Extensions provided an attached double garage, utility, wine cellar and master bedroom suite. The entire roof was replaced, standing seam metal cladding and Canadian Western Red Cedar installed to the facades. The site was landscaped with gabion retaining walls and a suspended timber balcony decking.

Challenges included the complete removal of the existing roof finish while the client continued to live-in and extensive structural repairs to the existing property.

Dashwood was the first project for this particular client and we are proud to have delivered 4 separate commercial and residential projects for the client across their property portfolio since.
