Appledown Projects are currently delivering the refurbishment of a 525m2 prime residential property in Newtown near Fareham.

Extensive works are being completed to the existing property including internal & external structural works, complete re-formatting of internal layout, new Mechanical & Electrical installations, Windows/Doors and finishes throughout. The rear extension provides a contemporary addition to the 60’s built property.

The programme is concise and efficient, made possible by our well-developed internal processes, Procore, our skilled and experienced project team and supply chain.
